Safety, and Shipping Questions

Yes, all of my pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. Although it is recommended that you hand-wash all of the handmade pottery you purchase from me. There is a chance that your handmade piece can get damaged on other dishes in the dishwasher.
I have two options for shipping, $10 (2-7 business days) and $12 (5-7 business days).
You can choose what works best for you!
I try to ship my orders out as soon as possible. I typically get them shipped out the next business day, but sometimes it takes a few days more. If you would like an exact time-frame for your package feel free to reach out to me.
In the rare event that your package arrives broken, send me pictures of the damage to the piece. I will work on filing a claim with USPS, as well as work on a brand new piece for you, free of charge.

Yes, you can! Just reach out to me through my contact page and we can discuss the details of your custom order.
It typically takes me about four weeks to create a custom piece. Pottery is a long process, but I will keep you updated as I am working on your pieces. If your piece gets cracked, or damaged through the firing process I will have to create a brand new piece, which means it can take longer than four weeks.
I do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. However I do accept refunds if you contact me before the item has shipped. If the item has already shipped, then there is nothing I can do.
